AGREEMENT TO OUR LEGAL TERMS
We are Vortex Industries, LLC, DBA Vortex Doors of Tampa (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Vortex Industries, LLC is a California limited liability company authorized to do business in Florida. Our Tampa service center is located at 7701 Ann Ballard Road, Tampa, FL 33634.
We operate the website https://www.vortexdoorstampa.com/ (the “Site”), including the Site’s contact forms and other online features that link to these legal terms (the “Legal Terms”) (collectively, the “Online Services”).

By visiting the Online Services, sending us emails, or completing online forms, you consent to receive communications from us electronically in connection with your inquiry or use of the Online Services. You agree that notices and communications provided electronically satisfy any applicable requirement that such communications be in writing, to the extent permitted by law.
Nothing in this section requires either party to enter into a service contract, authorize work, or execute a document electronically unless the parties separately agree to conduct that transaction electronically.
